Instruction:

2. Stir fry minced ginger in heated oil till golden brown.
3. Add in Lion Mane Mushroom and stir fry it.
4. Add in a few drop of soya sauce and is ready to be served. Or can choose to deep fry, pan fry, stew, steam and cook with various sauce.
