Traditional Cooking Method:
1. Mix A and Stir well (Item A)
2. Heat up non-stick pan and pour in cooking oil, add in Item A and lemongrass, stir until water evaporated and oil rises to the top. Then add-in 100ml of water and bring it to boil.
3. Add diced chicken/beef/mutton and sufficient water to cook meat until tender.
Add coconut milk/full cream milk, roasted desiccated coconut and cook until almost dry. Ready to serve.
Microwave Cooking Method:
1. Put in all the same ingredients as above except water into a microwaveable crockery pot and cover with lid.
2. Microwave for 22 minutes, remove from microwave oven and leave lid on for another 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
Optional: Pre-boil beef/mutton until tender
