Traditional Cooking Method:
1. Mix A and Stir well (Item A)
2. Heat up non-stick pan and pour in cooking oil. Pour in Item A, stir until water evaporated and oil rises to the top.
3. Add meat, potatoes and water, cook until meat and potato are tender (note: stir constantly for approximately 20-25 minutes (with lid on).
4. Add coconut milk/full cream milk and bring to boil. Ready to serve.
Microwave Cooking Method:
1. Using some ingredients as above, add-in only 60ml water & 200ml coconut milk only. Stir well into a microwaveable crockery pot and cover with lid.
2. Microwave for 25 minutes, remove from microwave oven and leave lid on for another 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
Optional: To cook beef/mutton, pre-boil beef/mutton until tender
