Description: Established in the year 1995, Simply Chocolate prides itself in being one of the very first specialty handmade chocolate markers in Sabah. Using the finest local and imported ingredients, Simply Chocolate’s chocolates are individually handmade to the confectioner’s best recipes. With truffle centers ranging from the refreshing flavour of Sabah’s very own Kundasang Tea plantation and the rich Robusta coffee of the Tenom Coffee plantation to the local fruit of the tropical, Simply Chocolate has much to offer the discerning palate. The Simply Chocolate Chocolates are packed in conventional paper boxes, premium handmade boxes and Sabah’s very own handicrafts like Tudung Duang, Rinago and Wakid. Simply Chocolate distributed its products over 60 outlets throughout Malaysia. Most of the outlets in are hotels, airports and souvenir shops situated in Kota Kinabalu, with also some at airport in Kuching, KLIA, served Airport etc. The trademark for Simply Chocolate product is the word “Sabah Handmade Chocolate” which signifies the locally produced chocolate with most ingredients locally sourced too. The factory is located 10 minutes from the City Centre of Kota Kinabalu and its open to the public for viewing of how chocolate are made. Currently, there is 20 staff (including office workers) and factory operates from 8am-5pm from Monday to Saturday.
