LAYER 1 :
The first layer is the protective fabric cover which encases the mattress.
Made to match the foundation and comes in a wide variety of colors,
Styles and fabric like polyester, latex and cotton which fit well the body shape.
LAYER 2 :
High resilience polyurethane foam. Use of high resilience foam eliminates the need to flip the mattress every few months as is recommended for all users. This eliminates the expense of a quilted bottom panel, with its associated cost of an additional comfort layer and ticking. (0.5 in)
LAYER 3 :
This section consists of several layers of fiber mats. We are offering Kenaf fiber mats and Kenaf / cotton fiber mats which both offering high heat absorbing ability for a more comfort sleep. Natural spring back properties of Kenaf mat eliminates the usage of metal spring coil which sometimes is too firm pushing the main pressure points on the body and sometimes it's too soft and not providing enough support to the body.
