1.Dip meat in whipped egg.

2.Coat meat evenly with Thaqif flour (Don’t mix with water).

This fried flour also can be frying chicken, meat and vegetables such as eggplant, melon, broccoli, asparagus, okra, tofu, spinach, kaduk, mushrooms and etc. Our products are available with three different sizes of 200g (aluminium foil pack), 1kg (printed plastic) and 5kg (plain plastic). Our products are also available in two flavours of spicy seasonings and original flavour.
