Keropok Lekor Krispi is a fish sausage or fish cracker made from a mixture of minced fish meat and tapioca flour to form dough; it is processed into a cylindrical shape and boiled before it is fried. Its texture is fine with a crispy and soft bite and it is always come with chilli sauce to taste it more delicious.
Keropok Lekor Krispi is rich in protein, calcium and potassium. Therefor it must be stored in the freezer at -18 deg.C to maintain the taste and texture. At this temperature the life span of Keropok Lekor Krispi can be kept frozen up to six (6) months.
