Jalen Sdn Bhd was initially started its operation in November 1981 as Jalil Enterprise. Its main activity was solely confined to supplying soy sauce under contract basis for brand known as Habhal. However, the agreement was terminated in November 1986 which resulted the organization to go on its own. August 1988 witnessed a new era in the food manufacturing industries when Jalen Sdn Bhd started its operation by supplying a brand new name of JALEN Soy Sauce directly to the market. Presently, the increase capital investment has enable the organization to move forward into purchasing and utilizing the sophisticated manufacturing equipment and technology to monopolize in the food arena. Consumers need not to be apprehension when choosing Jalen’s brand because goods produced are confined to Islamic principle that carry HALAL imprint approved by the Johor Religious Department (Malaysia) as per the Food Regulation 2000. Jalen Sdn Bhd is a dynamic organization where it will continuously strive to produce quality goods of outstanding character. Our preserverance and commitment have been proven when favorable responds are received from the consumers who have chosen variety of Jalen products namely soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, oyster flavoured sauce, salted soy beans, vinegar and various flavoured cordials like orange, rose syrup, barley, lychee, sarsi, mango and grape. The reason is simply because the goods produced are high quality where there are no sacrifice in their original flavors besides the cleanliness and purity of ingredients are emphasized.
