Soybean consists of 20% oil dry seed. The oil we extract from soybean is unsaturated, PUFA (Polyunsaturated fatty acids) 60.8%, MUFA (Monounsaturated fatty acids) 24.5%, and SAFA (Saturated fatty acids)15.1%. PUFA is needed by our body, which it cannot create.
If we lack of PUFA,skin can degrade and a hormone imbalance could occur. Therefore soybean is a necessity to our body.
