Description: AJV Electronic Devices (M) Sdn. Bhd. (AJVE) was incorporated in 1994, having its own manufacturing plant in Kepala Batas, Pulau Pinang to undertake the business of sub-assembly jobs such as PC Board for leading multinational telecommunication companies. In 1997 AJVE has made a huge investment by setting up new equipment of Auto Insertion (AI) and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) into its manufacturing facilities. New Production System (NPS) was introduced as an additional advantage to significantly reduce the overall lead-time. To implement "build to order" concept, a lean operation was then been inroduced to ensure operation flexibility, production efficiency and cost effectiveness. In 2001 AJVE has embarked new step forward and established ICT based products and later developed its own brand name product. AJVE had successfully produced and supplied in excess of 1.4 million telephone sets of various models to Telekom Malaysia Berhad. AJVE's vision and mission is to expand our business venture into global market thus making "AJV" brand to be well known specifically in producing telephony devices and Muslim gadgets products.
