The shape of the sausage is in long with round-edges bar. The source of meat for this product is goat meat (chevon). Each piece weighs 50 gram and contains about 50% of goat meat. This product can hold up to 1 year of expiration. This is a quality product because it contains more meat in the ingredients and the spices used are varies to produce a unique and remarkable taste.
