Sambal Strawberry Ikan Masin is a special recipe sautéed making from Cameron Highlands since 1985, this product was initially served for a special family gathering dinner.
The product come to success after a group of tourists personally requested a special meal that combines both western and Asian cuisine. After a series of demand, the family then decided to commercialize the product in 2014 and become viral in the local food industry.
It achieved a tremendous milestone in 2015 after it won the “Satu Daerah Satu Industri” award at the national level. Almost 100,000 bottles have been sold just over a span of the first 8 months and to date, 1million bottles have been sold.
The main herb sauce cooked with strawberries and salty fish gutters. The combined flavours of spicy, salty, sweet and sour strawberry trigger the uniqueness of extraordinary taste of sambal strawberry.
Sambal Strawberry Ikan Masin has two types of spiciness:

b. Extra Hot Flavor
This product is ready to be served with bread and rice or anything that suits your personal preference. The shelves life is 1 year – the recommended storage is at room temperature and refrigerated after opening.
