How to prepare?
1. Add 1 packet of Bukhari Rice Paste,
½ chicken or ½ kg of meat, screw pine leaves, and salt into 1 litre of water.
2. Remove poach chicken/meat upon cooked
3. Add washed rice in a pot.
4. Upon cooked, sprinkle fried onions, fried almonds and raisins.
5. Serve with cucumber pickle and sambal.

AL-ARZAAQ (KEL) SDN BHD was incorporated on the 15th of October 2009 as a continuous and sustainable development effort of the management to produce high quality products using efficient processes to meet market and customer demands.
In 2015, AL-ARZAAQ (KEL) SDN BHD was acquired by DARUL HAQ GLOBAL VENTURES (M) SDN BHD (DHGV), a fully owned bumiputra capital investment company. The acquisition brings together a slew of expertise from DHGV including but not limited to management expertise, market analysis, marketing consultancy, networking, and publicity and media exposure.
DHGV has conducted businesses with customers in UK, Australia, New Zealand and various other countries. DHGV is highly focused towards high end experience, effective management and worldwide network.
Since the acquisition, production of AL-ARZAAQ has increased 200% and workers have been doubled since January 2015. By June 2015, AL-ARZAAQ will be expanding and setting up a second factory in Pengkalan Chepa.
