Protap DA and MA series are produced based on R&D works and customer's inquiries. These products mainly contain alginate, but it is shaped as full compatible to the product which the Protap using in.

Detailed Description:

Protap DA/MA series' base component alginate, is a natural sourced ingredient obtained from cell walls of algea. It is used as thickenening/texturizing agent and texture stabilizer.  Types of alginate is used in different products and applications. Elasticity, stability, spreadability, viscosity, gel strength can change depending on source of alginate and method of standardization. Each Protap is produced based on these criteria and specific for an application.
