Landed Hamachi is brought from a pre-processed room to a processing room. Hamachi is ice-stored in the storage room at room temperature 20°C in order to keep its freshness.

Next the head and guts are removed from Hamachi. Then the fish is thoroughly washed by washing machine. The Hamachi then go through fileting process, wiping, vacuum packaging, weight measurement and packing and then shipping.
