The Cooperative Assignees Associati Arborea (3A) has completed 59 years of life in 2015 and today is the main production center of the sector milk - cow in Sardinia . A great reality with 248 shareholders owning farms spread throughout the island, giving each day on average 524,000 liters of milk produced in specialized and selected farms that approximately 50,000 head of cattle Friesian and Brown Swiss.
3A collects about 90% of the milk cow produced in Sardinia , for an annual volume of about 191 million liters of milk , with quality guarantees of undeniable value.
The 3A Cooperative manages and controls all stages of the production chain: the feed given to lactating animals come from the direct cultivation of the fields, ensuring the preparation of standardized quality and nutritionally balanced food rations; the farming method of Friesian and Brown Swiss heads is at the forefront; milking operations are carried out directly by the various manufacturers with technology that ensures compliance with strict hygiene standards.
The dairy fruit of the work process of the Cooperative, every day they are distributed and sold in Sardinia in all business areas of retail and resales traditional, and the rest of Italy in a growing market share of mass retailers.
