Description: With our demanding careers in running a clinic cum maternity home, our hectic lifestyles had led us to improper meals and poor well-being. We realized as doctors we needed to be healthy to set good examples to our patients and the community. We came up with a weight management programme which helped us to be slim and energetic. It worked. Within five months we succesfully shed off the unwanted weight. This led us to the idea of sharing scientifically and medically proven ways of slimming down. On 18th May 2010, DR AISHAH SOLUTION SDN BHD (DAS) was established to provide solutions on smart eating, healthy cooking and active lifestyle. Together with Dr. Aishah's cooking skills, we set up DAS kitchen to demonstrate to peonple how to overcome obesity through healthy, innovative and creative dishes. We apply the World Health Organisation's five keys to Safer Food handling guidelines in our foods and drinks preparation. This is to ensure that our products are safe and nutritious. On 2012, we produce our very own healthy products with a brand DASTO (Dr Aishah Solution Tackles Obesity) to strengthen our campaign on fighting obesity.
