Background
Furikake is a type of seasoning, generally containing ground or dried fish crumbs, sesame seeds and/or chopped up nori sushi and sprinkled over or mixed in with rice to give it added flavour. Japan Centre has an enormous variety of furikake on offer, so you will be spoilt for choice!
How To Use
Delicious Furikake:
-Mix into warm rice.

Greens (Hiroshimana, Mizuna, Mooli Radish Leaves), Ume Plums, Sugar, Salt, Sesame Seeds, Glucose, Kombu Kelp Extract, Yeast Extract, Powdered Miso (Soy Bean), Powdered Bonito Flakes (Fish), Seasonings (Amino Acid, MSG), Processed Starch, Acidulant, Anthocynanin Colouring.
