The Moroccan Food is made up of meats, lamb and chicken which are slow-cooked and braised in a medley of ingredients such as olives, quinces, apples, pears, apricots, raisins, prunes, dates, nuts, with fresh or preserved lemons, honey and a range of spices at low temperatures until the flesh has become butter-tender and very moist.
The Moroccan range of meat products is sold frozen and fully cooked, requiring only re-heating via microwave or in a cooking pot. It is served best with Moroccan rice or pilaf rice.
