A ready to cook sauce with a blend of sweet, tangy and hot flavour. Perfect for fried fish.
Cooking Instruction:-
1. Fry 600g fish for 3-4 minutes on both sides until golden brown or steam the fish until cooked through.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add 1 pack of Brahims Triflavour Sauce, 250ml (1 cup) water, 1/2 cup of diced pineapple and 1 tomato cut into small pieces.
3.Bring to a boil, add fish and simmer until sauce thickens.
4. Add in 2-3 bird chillies if preferred.

Onion, water, palm olein, sugar, chilli, vinegar, lemon grass, tomato paste, ginger, modified starch, fish sauce, garlic, bird chilli and salt.
