Application
Cocoa mass especially that is produced with Ghana cocoa beans has the chocolaty aroma and taste characteristic of cocoa, is suitable for making courverture and coating in the chocolate and confectionery industries, chocolate paste, spread and syrups in the bakery, biscuits and ice cream industries. It is the key material for making milk chocolates and dark chocolates.
Packing
15 kg net each in a corrugated carton with an inner polyethylene (PE) liner.
Shelf life
2 years from manufacturing date in original un-opened packaging and store as recommended.
Recommended storage condition
Keep product in cool and dry place away from direct sunlight and foreign odour.
Recommended container stuffing
(a) In 20-foot container – 20.010mt net (1334 cartons x 15kg net)
(b) In 40-foot container – 25.005mt net (1667 cartons x 15kg net)
