Application
Cocoa butter is suitable for making courverture and coating in the chocolate and confectionery industries, chocolate paste, spread and syrups in the bakery, biscuits and ice creams industries. It is also applicable in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
Packing
(a) 25 kg net each in a corrugated carton with an inner polyethylene (PE) liner.
(b) 20 kg net each in a corrugated carton with an inner polyethylene (PE) liner.
Shelf life
2 years from manufacturing date in original un-opened packaging and store as recommended.
Recommended storage condition
Keep product in cool and dry place away from direct sunlight and foreign odour.
Recommended container stuffing
(a) In 20-foot container – 20mt net (800 cartons x 25kg net or 1000 cartons x 20kg net)
(b) In 40-foot container – 25mt net (1000 cartons x 25kg net or 1250 cartons x 20kg net)
