Hj Sharin Low Seafood Restaurant was the brainchild of Hj Sharin Low Abdullah and Dr. Abdul Aziz Azimullah. Having seen the need for a restaurant for all races which provides excellent food and service, both Hj Sharin Low and Dr. Abdul Aziz set out on a Joint Venture with the goal to create the best Chinese Halal restaurant in Malaysia.

Hj Sharin Low Abdullah is a second generation restaurant owner, having grown up in Johor Bharu where his mother ran a restaurant. Being a avid foodie Hj Sharin Low Abdullah is well versed in the culinary world. Having been in the corporate world for more than 30 years, and travelling all around the world. Hj Sharin Low Abdullah decided to start his own restaurant based on all the food he loves.

Dr Abdul Aziz Azimullah is Malaysia’s foremost entrepreneur with more than 20 years experience in developing new businesses. Among the businesses Dr. Abdul Aziz has started includes Entrepreneurs Development Institute and Dr. Azimuth Herbal Products. Dr. Abdul Aziz is also a member of the Economic Planning Unit (EPU) of Malaysia. Having seeing an opportunity the food and beverage industry especially in the halal chinese food category, Dr Abdul Aziz embarked on this joint venture with Hj Sharin Low Abdullah.
